Thank you all for the congratulations! I know I have suck at updating my blog these days, but post on instagram almost daily lol so follow me at tierra_shanae . I have been so busy with my baby boy and started work again about 2 weeks ago, hopefully I will be more motivated to post when it gets a little warmer! I have not been doing much with my hair. I have just been wearing it straight because it is easier . I am Bsl now! After I get it straightened again on Tuesday I will hopefully post pics. I hope all is well with everyone!

Hi ladies! I have missed posting so much, I know I suck at it but I just have not been doing anything worth posting lol. I do need to post a hair update though because I finally reached bsl! But anyway I just wanted to share some pictures of my baby boy. He was born October 17th. He was 6lbs 13oz and 20 inches long. He will be 3 weeks old on Wednesday. He is the sweetest little boy and only likes to sleep when in his mommy's arms lol!

Happy Summer! Hair Update!

Hello everyone and Happy Summer! If you remember, I started wearing weaves last August. Well, I finally stopped in April and decided to enjoy my own hair. I haven't been wearing many natural styles other than a wet bun occasionally, haven't really had the time. My curl pattern is definitely altered but I don't mind, I'm pretty sure I will stick to straighter styles for the most part because I am lazy lol and the pin curls hold up fine in the heat! I posted in November after getting my hair straightened and I was a little upset because it seemed like a lot was cut. I def think I made some progress since then and I cut a side bang! For now I plan on going to the hair dressers 1.5 -2 weeks to get it curled and maintaining with pin curls.

Hello! I did this look on Saturday! I got my hair done on Thursday. The hair is Kevincn light yaki. So far I love the hair, it blends very well with my hair and hold curls well. Hope everyone is doing great! I did this smokey-ish look using my Naked Palette.

Hiii!I Took out my weave. Kind of sad about my progress. After I got a trim my hair is def shorter than it was this summer nd is prob about the length it was this time last year. So much for being lazy lol. This picture is after I got it done on Saturday!

Hiiii! I have missed blogging so much! I haven't been going out much lately. Last night I finally went out since like forever ago! My shirt and skirt are both from H&M! Kept my make up very simple, the lip color is Girl About Town.

 I got my hair done again two weeks ago. It looks the same as all the other times lol. I used Bobbi Boss Indi Remi Natural Yaky this time. I used 14 and 16 inch. I like this hair better than the last hair I used but it has been tangling some since I washed it twice. I sealed the hair twice on each side of the weft with Dritz Fray Check so I haven't had any problems with shedding!For my next sew in around Christmas I will be using my Kevin Cn light yaki that finally arrived! I am kinda tempted to try 18 inches next! I am starting to miss my hair a lot! This is just so much easier...

Happy Halloween!
I went to a costume party last night and dressed up as Little Red Riding Hood!  It was a lot of fun and I heard quite a bit of big bad wolf pick up lines lol.
I still have the same weave, Saturday was 4 months. I can't wait to take it out, I hate this hairrr! I ordered hair from the Chinese vendor Kevin. Hopefully it arrives soon so I can get it installed. 

I hate this picture but it is the only picture I got of the full costume.

Mac Velvet Teddy!

I got this lipstick a little over a month ago! I like it a lot and want to try it with a smokey eye! Its a pretty nude for dark skin, but I would def recommend using a lip liner with it. I am not wearing lip liner in these pictures because I could not find it, but I usually wear cork with it. Velvet Teddy is a pinkish nude, the camera makes it look more pink!

New Hair Yet Agian!

Iknow you ladies are getting tired of my hair updates, well I am tired of updating it lol.

Hopefully this install will last me close to 8 weeks. 

Everyone kept saying 1b looks more natural but I had to get a number 1 bc i dyed my hair and a small horseshoe is left out.I love the jet black!

I like this install a whole lot and love that the front is not bulky at all (she braided straight back), I just have a couple problems with it, a net was not used and one side has a very small amount of leave out and the other has none. Its not a major issue though.

I used different hair this time because they didn't have the color I need or length I need in the brand I want. i really wanted to try Bobbi Boss but I couldn't find it anywhere.This time I used Sensational Goddess Remi hair , and I def like the Outre Velvet Remi better. Over all the Outre felt better and the Sensational sheds way more. I barely noticed any shedding with the Outre, the Sensational hair sheds a couple hairs pretty much every time I run my fingers through it. This install falls about 2 inches longer on me and is waist length, the other stylist may have cut it some, this one only added some layers. I used 14 and 16 inch hair again. If anyone knows a vendor that sells any kind of straight hair that doesn't tangle or shed much let me know!
