This is what I wore (minus the shoes) no one ever gets my shoes in pictures :(. I wore the shoes I recently posted about though. I loveeee these earrings. I just got them from Aldo and now I cant stop wearing them. Sidenote: my arms look super long and skinny lol. I am planning on going the gym so I can put on some muscle weight. I haven't worked out in years. Shameful, I know.

Loving my hair!+ 13 month puff comparison

I did a wash and go and fell asleep with out doing anything to my hair. As a result it was super crazyyy when I woke up lol. I didn't feel like re-wetting it, so I pulled it back into a puff. I actually like it, I used to wear puffs almost daily last year and now I never wear them. I have really been enjoying my natural hair texture this summer! I haven't even been liking my blow-dried braidouts as much. So happy I went natural!

New Shoes!

I have been on the look out for wedges for the summer, but for some reason I can't find any I like!

I got these from DSW. I think they are really cute, and I love wedges because I can do a lot of walking or dancing and my feet won't hurt!  Still want brown or tan-ish wedges. Where can I find cute onesss?!

So I havent been posting much, mainly because It is sooo hot and I havent been doing my makeup and when I do I don't like the way my face looks lol. I also have been super lazy with my hair. I was planning on doing a braidout tonight but I was too tired. Hopefully tomorrow I will get some pictures of whatever I do. I need to get a tripod so I can do OOTD post. Whenever I have a cute outfit I can never get anyone to take a good picture of me lol.

Hiii! I did this look this weekend. Since I was wearing a bright pink shirt I didn't want to over do it with bright lipstick. So I opted for a bright pink blush! Dollmix is one of those colors I was afraid would not look right on my skin tone. This is my first time wearing it in a while, and I am glad I did. It is such a pretty shimmery pink and is not too bright at all. This is def a great pink for darker skin!

Hair Update! and Blowout pictures!

I have been completely neglecting my hair lately, I just don't feel like doing anything to it. I have been wearing wet buns during the week and wash and goes on the weekends.I attempted to plop with a tshirt yesterday, biggest fail ever. My hair came out so flat and stringy looking :(.

Since I haven't straightened my hair in weeks I was afraid of what my ends would look like. I hateee single strand knots and always get them when I wash and go a lot. I decided to blow my hair out today so I could see the condition of my hair a little better. My ends aren't as bad as I thought they would be, I do need a trim though. I am happy about that, I will keep on wearing primarily wet buns and wash and goes. I also need to try two stand twist again. I did them a year ago and want to see how they look now that my hair has grown some. 

After blowing my hair out i moisturized with Oyin Handmade Hair Dew and put it up in a high bun! I am very happy I can still wear my high buns with out straightener my hair!

Ignore the glasses. I was tying them on, thy are slightly ridiculous lol.

Make Up For Ever HD Foundation Review

My makeup was half done here, didn't put on lipstick or mascara yet

About a year ago I was on the search for the perfect foundation. I tried a couple but they all ended being fails. Finally I headed to Sephora and got matched for the HD foundation. It has been love ever since! I got matched for a 175 (dark skin with coral undertones), the color looks a little dark in person in the winter but it is the perfect color match for me in the summer. If you wear an NC 50 in Mac this color should work for you, it is just a little less yellow.  They have a wide range of colors and undertones so most people should be able to find a match!

This foundation retails at 40$ for 1.01 oz.

I highly recommend atleast trying this foundation. It is a little pricey but it looks beautiful on camera and provides full coverage that is semi matte and last all day. The biggest selling point of this foundation is how it appears on camera, it does not look obvious like many many foundations do when photographed. The foundation also does not oxidize which is a problem Ive had with others in the past, and has not caused any breakouts. I also like that the foundation comes with a pump. I usually pump some out and apply it with my 187 brush. 

Nail of the Day: Minted + Black Crackle

I am beginning to accept that I suck at painting my nails lol. My paint job is so sloppy and I am too impatient to wait for my nails to dry . I had to redo like half of my nails twice lol, hopefully I get better with practice.I got this idea from Mouldy Fruit . I really like Minted and didnt want to do all my nails with the crackle so I just did one finger on each hand!
